ORDER
New Delhi, the 2nd February, 1978
S.O. 6©(E).—Whereas in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section I8AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government, in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) Order No. S.O. 55(E)/ 18AA/IDRA/75 dated the 23rd January, 1976, as amended, authorised the body of persons referred to in paragraph 2 of the aforesaid Order to takeover the management of Ganesh Flour Mills Company Limited, Delhi (here- inafter referred to as the said undertaking) ;

Now, therefore, in cxcivii>c of the power? conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the TrvJmtum (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), tbe Cential Government hereby teiminates the appointment of the said body of pa sons and authorises instead tbe body of persons referred to in paragraph 2 of this Order as the Board of Management of the said undertaking subject to the following terms and conditions, namely :—
(i) the Board shall" comply with all directions issued from time to
time by the Central Government;
(ii) the Board shall hold office upto and inclusive of tbe 2nd February,
1980;
(iii) the Central Government may terminate the uppointment of the Board or of any of the perbons comprising the Board earlier, if it considers necessary to do so.
2. The Board of Management shall consist of the following namely :—
