No. PEC-13/77.—In exorcise of the powers conferred on them by clause (b) of sub-"ection (I) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusfir Act, 1963, (38 of 1963) the Central Government is pleased to appoint Sbri M. N. Shukla as General Manager at Haldia in the Calcutta Port Trust, with effect from the date he takes over charge of the post and until further ordefs.
