2) The existing remark (3) may be re-numbered as remark No. (4) arid the same may be amended to read as under :- "(4) Import of rolling mill rolls will not be permitted as spares under free Hcensing scheme. Actual users re- quiring rolling mill rolls for replacement purpose, a,s spares [except as provi- ded in remark (3) above], should apply for import licence under the provision for grant of import licences for non-permissiblo spares given in Section I of this Book."
