EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. 71(E)/No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(38).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Orclor may be called the Exports (Control) Fifth Amendment

Order, 1978.

2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in OGL-3, the existing entry

against S. No. 13 shall be deleted.
