Central Excises
G. S. R. <59(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India In the Department of Revenue and flanking (Revenue Wing) No. 284/76-Central Excises, dated the 10th December, 1976, the Central Government hereby fixes a tariff value of rupees one hundred and thirty per quintal for tapioca starch (native), falling under Item No. 15C of the First Schedule to the said Apt and chargeable with duty "d valorem.
