S.O. 82(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby rnaXta (he following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development, Internal Trade and Company Affairs (Department of Industrial Development) No. S. O. 711 dated the 18th February, 1970 (as amended subsequently), namely :—
In the said Notification, in the last paragraph, fu/ die word* 'Eight Years',
the words 'Nine Years' shall be substituted.
