NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th February, 1978
S.O. 89(E).—In exercise of (he powers conferred by section 17 of the Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950 (64 of 1950) lead with rule 3 of the Delhi Transport (Advisory Council) Rules, 1973, the Central Government, after ascertaining the views of the Delhi Transport Corporation, established under section 3 of the said Act, hereby appoints Shri Ram Bhaj, Member, Metiopolitan Council, Delhi, resident of 8-4/132, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi and Shri Durga Prasad Ahuja, resident of N-20, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, aa members of the Delhi Tiansport Corporation Advisory Council con- stituted for the purpose of advising the said Corporation on the matters speci- fied in rule 11 of the said rules, on the terms specified in tules 6, 7, 8 and 22 of the said rules and makes the following further amendment in the noti- fication of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. S.O 870
In the said notification, in paragraph t, the following shall be inserted
after item 26 and the entry relating theieto, namely :—
"(27) Shri Ram Bhaj, Member, Metropolitan Council, Delhi, B-4/132,
Safdarjung Enclave, New DeJhi-16.
(28) Shri Durga Prasad Ahuja, N-20, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi."
