ORDER

New Delhi, the 13th February, 1978

S.O.91(E).—No. E(C)O-l977/AM(39).~In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amcDd the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Sixth Amendment Order,

1978.

2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in OGL-4, the existing entry against

S.No. 2 shall be deleted.

3. Ln the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in OGL-3, the following item shall be

added after S. No. 56 :—

257. Basmati Rice B.20 Export is allowed in the following forms: 1. Polished Rice. 2. Dehuskcd unpolished Rice. 3. Paddy Rice. [File No. 40(8)/77-En] K. V.
