ORDER
New Delhi, the 16th February, 1978
210 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. ?(ii)]other instruments entered into, given or made, as the case may be, before the 15th February, 1974, to which the indust- rial undertaking known as Messrs. Britannia Engineering Works (Wagon Division), Mokameh, in the State ftf Bihar or the company owning such undertaking is a party or which may be applicable to such industiial undertaking or com- pany and in force immediately before the date of issue of the said Order shall remain suspended upto the 18th March, 1976, and that all the rights, privileges, obligations and liabi- lities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended upto the 18th March, 1976 ;
And, whereas, the duration of the said Order was extended
from time to time upto the 18th March, 1978 ;
And, whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period upto the 14th February, 1979;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2), of section. 18FB of the Industries (Development Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby ex- tends the duration of the said Order upto and inclusive of the 14th February, 1979.
