S. O. 116(E).—Whereas by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum, S. O. No. 819(E) dated 3-12-1977 under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of right of user in land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) the Central Government decla- red its intention to acquire the right of user in the lands specifi- ed in the schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline ;

And whereas the Competent Authority has under sub- section (1) ot section 6 ot the said Act, submitted report to the Government ;

00 00 00 00 00 00 And further whereas the Central Government has after considering the said report, decided to acquire the right of user in the lands specified in the schedule appended to this notification ;

Now therefore in exercise of the power conferred by sub- section (1) of the section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the said lands specified in the schedule appended to this notifi- cation hereby acquiyed for laying the pipelines ;
