S. O. 118(E).—Whereas by a notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Petroleum, S. O. No. 821(E) dated 3-12-1977 under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of right of user in land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the lands specified in the schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline ;

And further whereas the Central Government has after considering the said report, decided to acquire the right of user in the lands, specified in the schedule appended to this notifi- cation ;
