NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 21st February, 1978
S.O. 119(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of section 2 of the Burn Company and Indian Standard Wagon Company (Nationalisation) Act, 1976 (97 of 1976), the Central Government hereby specifies—
(a) the 15th day or March, 1978, as the date for the
purposes of section 15; and
(b) the 1st day of March, 1978, as the date for the
purposes of section 17;

purposes of section 15; and
(b) the 1st day of March, 1978, as the date for the pur-
purposes of section 17;
