ORDER

New Delhi, the 21st February, 1978

S.O. 121 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Ninth Amendment

Order, 1978.

2. In Part 'B' of Schedule I to the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, the follow-

ing item shall be added after S. No, 49 (14) :—

"15—Calcium Carbide".
