New Delhi, (he 22nd February, 1978
S, O. 124(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of the Explanation below section 117 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 (4 of 1939), the Ccnlral Govern- ment hereby specify the following drugs which shall bo deemed to render a person incapable of exercising proper control over a motor vehicles, namely :—
1. Hypnotics Sedatives : Allobarbitonc, Phonobarbital. Secobarbital. Cyclobarbitone. Barbitone. Methaquolene. Chloral Hydrate,
