NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 24th February, 1978
G.S.R. 84(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964) and rule 4 of the Food Corporations Rules, 1965, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri A. J. S. Sodhi, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Agri- culture and Irrigation, (Department of Agriculture) as a director on the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India vice Shri P. S. Kohli, resigned, for a period upto 23rd July, 1978, and makes the following further amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India, in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture, (Department of Food), No. G.S.R. 37, dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely:—
In the said notification, for the entry (9), the following
entry shall be substituted, namely :—

Additional Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Food), New Delhi, as a director on the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India vice Shri A. K- Majumdar and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 37, dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely :—
In the said notification, for entry (2), the following entry
shall be substituted, namely :—
"(2) Shri B. S. Raghavan, Additional Sewctary to the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Food), New Delhi,'
