S.O. 145(E) In exercise of the poweis confeued liy Section 3 of the Essenfial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Cential Government hereby makes the following oiiloi further to amend the Impoitid Cement Control Older, 1978 namely:—

1. (i) Thih Order may be culled the Imported Cement Control (Amendment)

Older, 197b.

(ii) It shall come into force on the 3-3-78,

7. In clause 6 of the Imported Cement Contiol Older, 1978 for the figures

"355.28' the figure:. "358,53" shall be substituted.
