ORDER

New Delhi, the 3id March, 197S

S.O, 147(E)/15/lDBA/78.—In e\cicise of the powei', cunferied by sec'ion 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation.) Act, 1951 (65 of 19.M), the Central Government hcieby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministjy of Industry (Department of Indus- trial Development) No S O 786(E)/15/IDRA/77 dated the 28th Novembu, 1977, namcl> :—

In the said Order :—

(i) under the heading 'Mcmbcis' for serial No 2 and the entry relating

thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :—•

"2. Shii D. K. Jain,

Depuly Adviser (Finance), Biiicau of Public Enteiprises, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi.

3. Shri A C. Sen Gupta,

Assistant Director, Drug Control, Government of West Bengal, Calcutta";

(ii) in the last paragraph, for the words and figures "by the end ot December, J977", the woids and figures "by the end of Apiil, 1978" shall be substituted.
