S. O. 148 (E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 5A of the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1948 (9 of 1948) the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as mem- bers of the Calcutta Dock Labour Board established under sub-section (1) of the said section 5A, namely :—
Members representing the Central Government :
1. The Chairman, Calcutta Port Trust, Calcutta.
2. The Deputy Chairman, Calcutta Dock Labour Board,
Calcutta.
3. The Labour Commissioner, Government of West Bengal,
Calcutta.
4. The Joint Manager (Port Operations), Food Corpora-
tion of India, Calcutta.
5. The Traffic Manager, Calcutta Port Trust, Calcutta.
Members representing the dock workers :
1. Shri Janaki —Representative of the National Mukherjee. Union of Waterfront Workers.
2. Shri Wahid Ali Azad —Representative of the Calcutta
Dock Workers Union.
4. Shri Rabin —Representative of the Dock Majumdar, Sramik Association, Calcutta.
