G.S.R. 163(E).—In exercis© of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of section 124 read with sub-section (1) of section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approve of the regula- tions entitled the Bombay Port Trust Employees (Allotment and Occupency of Residence) Amendment Regulations, 1977 made by the Board of Trustees of the Port of Bombay in exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 read with sub-section (2) of section J24 of the said Act and published in the Maha- rashtra Government Gnzettc dated the 1st December, 1977 and 8th December, 1977.
