G.S.R. 164(E)—In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No G SR 311, dated the 24lh February, 1976, the Central Government hereby specifies the number of persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be appointed by that Government to represent the interests men- tioned in column (1) of the said Table on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Paradip

Provided that ki the easo^of the body mentioned against serial number 4 of the said Table, being owned^jOT controlled by the Government, the person to" be elected Vy such body shall be appointed by the Central Government.
