अतः , अम, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 की धारा 147 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, निर्वाचन आयोग उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों से यह अपेक्षा करता है कि वे ऐसे हुई रिक्ति को भरने के लिए तारीख 5 अप्रैल, 1978 ( बुधबार) से पूर्व उक्त अधिनियम के और तद्दीन बनाए गए नियमों और आदेशो के उपबन्धों के अनुसार एक व्यक्ति निर्वाचित कर दें ।
