G.S.R, 169(E).~In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-rule i(l) of rule 173A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notifi- cation of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 11/78-C. E. dated the 25th January, 1978, namely :—
