J71(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 (58 of 1962), the Central Government hereby specifies Ihc period upto (he 30th September, 1978 as the period by which the sixty percent of the share capital cf the eighth issue of one lakh twelve thou- sand five hundred shares of the Central Waiehousing Corpora- tion of the face value of one thousand iupees each, amounting to six hundred seventy five Jakhs of rupees, may be subscribed by the institutions mentioned m cclumn (1) of the Table below in the proportion mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table.
