G.S.R. 80 (E).—In exercise of the povveis eonfened by sub-rule (1} ct rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, read with sub-section (3) of sec- tion 3 of the Additional Duties of Excuse (Goods of Special Importance) Act, J 957 (58 of Iy57), the Cent) til Government hereby makes the tallowing amendment in the notification o1 the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance. Depuitment of Revenue, No 3J7/77-OeMral Excises, dated the 16th Novcmbei, 1977, namely :—
In the iaid notification, for the woids "seven and--ti4ialf peivent". the woids
"six percent" shall be substituted.
