LS.O, ]79(E).~In exercise of tho powers conferred by Mib-flati^e (I) of clause 3 of the Jute (Licensing and Control) Order, 1961, I, S. K. I'alh, Jute Commissioner, hereby amend the notification of tbc Government of India in tho Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development), No. S.O. 52(E), dated the 1st February, 1978, us published in the Uazette of India Extraordinary, Part II Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the ht I'cbruary, 1978, namely :—•
In the said notification, for the words, figures and letteis "from 15th day of March, 1978", the words, figures and letters "'from 1st day of April, 1978" shall be substituted.
