का० मा० 180 (अ) यत केन्द्रीय सरकार को यह प्रतीत होता है कि लोक हित में यह आवश्यक है कि महाराष्ट्र राज्य में युरान टर्मिनल से ट्राम्बे तक पैट्रोलियम के परिवहन के लिये पाईप लाईन तेल तथा प्राकृतिक गैस आयोग द्वारा बिछाई आनी जाहिये ।
और यत यह प्रतीत होता है कि ऐसी लाईनों को बिछाने के प्रयोजन के लिये एतद्रसम्बद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णित भूमि मे उपयोग का अधिकार अर्जित करना आवश्यक है,
थत, अब पैट्रोलियम और खनिज पाईप लाईन ( भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन ) अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवल शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार ने उसमें उपयोग का अधिकार अर्जित करने का अपना भाशय एतद्वारा घोषित किया है ।
बशर्ते कि उक्त भूमि में हितबद्ध कोई व्यक्ति उस भूमि के नीचे पाईप लाईन बिछाने के लिये प्रक्षेप , सक्षम अधिकारी , तेल तथा प्राकृतिक गैस आयोग, समद ठाकुर का मकान मस्जिद मोहल्ला युरान पो० ता ० युराम जिल्हा--कुलाबा पीन सं ० ( 400702 ) को इस अधिसूचना की तारीख से 21 दिनों के भीतर कर सकेगा ।
और ऐसा ग्राक्षेप करने वाला हर व्यक्ति विनिर्दिष्टत यह भी कथन करेगा कि क्या वह यह चाहता है कि उसकी सुनवाई व्यक्तिगत हो या किमी विधि व्यवसायी की मार्फत ।

port of petroleum from URAN TERMINAL to TROM- BAY IN Maharashtra State Pipeline should be laid by the Oil & Natural Gas Commission,
And whereas , it appears that for the purpose of laying such pipelines , it is necessary to acquire the right of user in the land described in the scheduled annexed hereto.

34 का० भा० 181 ( अ) यतः पैट्रोलियम भौर खनिज पाईपलाइनो ( भूमि के उपयोग के अधिकार अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 50) की धारा की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन भारत सरकार के पैट्रो- लियम और रसायन तथा उर्वरक मंत्रालय (पैट्रोलियम विभाग ) की अधिसूचना का ० श्र० सं० 111 (ई) तारीख 20-2-78 द्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार ने उस अधिसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूचि में विनिविष्ट भूमियो के उपयोग के अधिकार को पाइपलाइनों को बिछाने के प्रयोजन के लिये अजित करने का अपना आशय घोषित कर दिया था ।

और यतः सूक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन मरकार को रिपोर्ट दे दी है ।
और श्रागे , य१ . केन्द्रीय मरकार ने उक्त रिपोर्ट पर विचार करने के पश्चात् उस अधिसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूची में विनिविष्ट भूमियो में उपयोग का अधिकार अर्जित करने का विनिश्चय किया है ।

No. 111 ( E ) dated 20-2-78 under sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of right of user in land ) Act , 1962 (50 of 1962) the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the lands specified in the schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline;
And whereas the Competent Authority has under sub -sec- tion ( 1 ) of Section 6 of the said Act, submitted report to the Government;
अब अतः उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा घोषित करती है, कि इस अधिसूचना से मलग्न अनुसूची में विनिदिष्ट उक्त भूमियो में उपयोग का अधिकार पाइप लाइन बिछाने के प्रयोजन के लिये एतद- द्वारा अर्जित किया जाता है ।
And further whereas the Central Government has after con- sidering the said report , decided to acquire the right of user in lands specified in the schedule appended to notification : this और अभी उस धारा की उपधारा ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदस अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार निदेश देतो है कि उक्त भूमियो में उपयोग का अधिकार केन्द्रीय सरकार में निहित होने के बजाए तेल और प्राकृतिक गैर आयोग के क्षेत्रीकरण बाधाओ से मुक्त इस घोषणा के प्रकाशन की तारीख में निहित होगा ।

अब भत. उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त अधिकारो का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतवृ द्वारा घोषित करती है, कि इस अधिसूचना से संलग्न अनुसूचित में विनिदिष्ट उक्त भूमियो में उपयोग का अधिकार पाइप लाइन विछाने के प्रयोजन के लिए एप्तद् द्वारा अर्जित किया जाता है ।
