S. O. 187(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 17 of the Sick Textile Undertakings (Nationalisation) Act, 1974 (57 of 1974), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri J, Mohanlal Parikh, to assist the Commissioner of Payments appointed under the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry or Industry (Department of Indus- trial Development) No. S. O. 26(E) dated the 20th January, 1978 vice Shri V. H. Thakore.
