2. On review of the position it has further been decided by Government to amend the policy for export of Timber as contained in the aforesaid Public Notice, as under :—
(i) The word "Sleepers and" appearing in first line of paragraph 4
stands deleted; and
(ii) Additional paragraph 16 may be read as under :—
"Notwithstanding the provisions contained in paragraphs 1 to 15, export of sleepers of any species
