New Delhi, the 21st March, 1978S.O. 189 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 17 of the Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950 (64 of 1950) read with rule 3 of the Delhi Transport (Advisory Council) Rules, 1973. the Central Government, after ascer- taining the views of the Delhi Transport Corporation, esta- blished under section 3 of the said Act, hereby appoints Shri Som Nath, Member, Metropolitan Council. Delhi, resident of 9/5809, Subhash Mohalla. No 2, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi, Shri Ram Nath Vij, Member, Metropolitan Council, Delhi, resident of 243, Double Storey Quarters. New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi and Shri Har Bhagwan, Member, New Delhi Municipal Committee, New Delhi and resident of 22-Ring Road. Market Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi, as member of the Delhi Transport Corporation Advisory Council constituted for the purpose of advising the said Corporation on the matters 459 GI/77 (347)
