ORDER
New Delhi, the 21sl March, 1978
S.O. 190(E)/l8FB/IDRA/78.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. SO 852(E)/18AA/ TDRA/77, dated the 23rd December, 1977, the management of the industrial undertaking of Messrs. National Rubber Manufacturers Limited, Calcutta (hereinafter referred to as the said industrial undertaking) has been taken over under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the In- dustries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), for a period of five years commencing from the 23rd December, 1977 ;
