NOTIFfCATION
New Delhi, the 21st March, 1978
S.O. l"9(E).—In exercise of the power;, confened by subjection (3) of section 1 of the Fmployccs' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 ol l'J48), the Central Government hereby appoints the 26th March, 1978 as the date on which the provisions of Chapter IV (except section 44 ami 45 which have already been hrouKhi into force) and Chupteis V and VI (except sub-section (1) of section 76 and sections 77, 78, 79 and 81 which have already been brought into force) of the said Act shall come into foice in the following areas in the State of Madhya Pradesh, namely :—
1. The areas compiisetl within the municipal limits of Katni (Mudwara).
2. The areas comprised within the limits of revenue villages Bargawan, Chaparbaha and Tikuii in Tchiil Katni (Mudwara), District Jabalpur.
