New Delhi, the 23rd March, 1978

S.O. 201(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Copyright Act, 1957 (14 of 1937), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri G. S. Edwin, Director in the Ministry of Education & Social Welfare (De- partment of Education), as member of the Copyright Board vice Shri Ch. Ramakrishna Rao. Shri G. S. Edwin shall hold office for the remaining term of the Copyright Board which is to expire on 23rd September, 1980 or till the date he holds his present office in the Ministry of Education & Social Welfare,, whichever date is earlier.
