New Delhi, ihe 27th March, 1978

EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S. O. 213(E).—In exercise of ihe powers conferred by Section 3 of the fmports & Exporli (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend tho Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Order may be culled the Exports (Control) Fourteenth Amend-

ment Order, 1978.

2. Jn the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in Part 'B' Schedule I, the following entry appearing against S. No. 80(10) and corresponding entry against S. No 23(10) of OGL-4 ahall be deleted.

"ERW pipes (API and commercial qualities in sizes K.58" lo 16"
