NOTIFICATION

G. S. R. 1W(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (f) of clause 2 of ihe Solvent-Extracted Oil, De-oiled Meal and Edible Flour (Con- trol) Order, 1967, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Inte Ministry or Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation, (Department of Food) No. O. S. R. 1078, dated the 15th July, 1967, the Central Government hereby appoints the following officers of- the Directorate of Vanaspati, Vegetable Oils and Fats, Ministry of Commerce. Civil Supplies and Cooperation, (Department of Civil Supplies and Coopera- tion) to exercise the powers of the Licensing Officer under the said Order, namely ;—
(1) The Chief Director,
(2) Any Director or Deputy Director.
