का ० भा० 219 ( म) / 18 / 18 क त/उ ० वि० वि ००/ 78: - केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 कक के साथ पठित धारा 18 वक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व औद्योगिक विकाम मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का० ग्रा ० 128 ( भ) / 18 चक/ 18 क क/ उ ० वि ०वि ० अ ०/ 73 , तारीख 5 मार्च , 1973 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात् --
उक्त आदेश में ,
( 1 ) " अध्यक्ष" शीर्षक के नीचे क्रम सं ० 1 भौर उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्र ० सं ० और प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्: -

S. Ο . 219 (E ) /18FA/18AA/IDRA/78.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18FA , read with section 18AA , of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby makes
the following further amendments in the Order of the Government of India 407

in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. SO . 128 ( F ) / 18FA / 18AA IDRA / 73 , dated the 5th March , 1973 , namely :-
In the said Order ,
( 1 ) under the heading Chairman' , for serial number 1 and the chery re- lating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall he substituted . namely :-
" 1. Shri S. C. Sarkar , I.A.S. Secretary, Closed and Sick Industries Department , Government of West Bengal , Calcutta ." ;
(2) under the heading ' Members' , for serial numbers 2 and 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substi- tuted , namely :
