(EXPORT TRADE CONTROL)

ORDER

New Delhi, the 29th March, l'J73

S.O. 220(E)/No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(48).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 ol the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order furthei to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Older may be called the Expoits (Control) Hfteenlh Amendment

Order, 197S.

2. In Part "A' of Schedule I to the Exports ("Control) Order. 1977, the

following item shall be deleted appearing undei S. No. 18 :—

"Khundsari Sugar".

3. In Part 'B' of Schedule I to the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, the

following iteni shall be added after S. No. 33 :—

"33A—Jvhandsari Sugar".
