सा ० का० ति ० 202 ( अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम , 1944 के नियम 8 के उप-नियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह निदेश देती है कि भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व और बैकिग विभाग की उन अधिसूचनाओं को, ओ इससे उपाबद्ध सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिदिष्ट है , उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिविष्ट रीति से संशोधित किया जाएगा ।

उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध सारणी में , क्रम सं ० ( 1 ) के सामने स्तम्भ 2 की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, " प्रति वर्ग मीटर 60 ग्राम से अनधिक पदार्थ वाला सफेद छपाई का कागज जो भारतीय मानक सस्थान द्वारा अनुमोदित शेड का हो और उक्त संस्थान द्वारा सफेद छपाई के कागज के लिए अधिसूचित विनिर्देशो के अनुरूप हो" प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।
उक्त अधिसूचना के प्रारम्भिक पैरा में , "प्रति वर्ग मीटर 60 ग्राम से अनधिक पदार्थ वाले सफेद छपाई के कागज को, जो ब्रिलिएंट हरित रजक से प्राभार्यात हो भौर जो भारतीय मानक संस्थान द्वारा सफेद छपाई के कागज के लिए अधिसूचित विनिर्देशों के अनुरूप हो" प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " प्रति वर्ग मीटर 60 ग्राम से अनधिक पदार्थ वाला सफेद छपाई का कागज जओ, भारतीय मानक संम्थान द्वारा अनुमोदित शेड का हो और उक्त संस्थान द्वारा सफेद छपाई के कागज के लिए अधिसूचिप्त विनिर्देशो के अनुरूप हो" प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी ।

CENTRAL EXCISES
G.S.R.202 ( E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Government hereby directs that the notifications of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue and Banking specified in column ( 2 ) of the Table hereto annexed , be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) of the said Table .

In the Table annexed to the said notifica- tion , for the entry in column 2 against serial number ( 1 ) , the entry " while printing paper of a substance not exceed- ing 60 grams per square metre of a shade approved by the Indian Standards Institution and conforming to the speci- fication for white printing paper as notified by the said Institution , " shall be substituted .
16th March , 1976 . 2. 69/ 76 - Central Excises , dated the In the said notification , in the opening para graph , for the entry " of a substance not exceeding 60 grams per square metre printed with brilliant green dye and con- forming to specification for white print- ing paper notified by the Indian Standards Institution " , the entry " of a substance not excecding 60 grams per square metre of a shade approved by the Indian Standards Institution and conforming to the specifications for white printing paper as notified by the said Institution" , shall be substituted .
