CENTRAL EXCISES
G.S.R. 204(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 71/78- Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1978, namely :—
In the Table annexed to the said notification, against SI, No. 52, in column (3). the brackets and words "(except Ball Bearing made with mild steel races)" shall be omitted.
2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day
of April, 1978.
