RESOLUTION
F. No. A-11019/70/77-Adm. VII.—In the Government of India Resolu- tion No. A-11019/70/77-Admn. VII, dated the 5lJi September, 1977, Shri T. S, R. Narasimham, Commissioner of Income-tax, Bomtmy was notified as Member-Secretary of the Committee of Experts set up to examine and suggest legal and administrative measures for simplification and rationalisation of the direct tax laws. The Government of India have now decided that Shri D. N. Pafchak, Assistant Commissioner of Income-tax, Bombay will be the Secretary to the Committee. Shri T. S. R. Narasimhan will continue to be a Member of the Committee.

and that it be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
