S..O. 421(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 31 of the Iron Ore Mines Labour Welfare Cess Rules, 1963 and in continuation of the notification of. the GovcrnmeiiL of India in the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 366(E) dated, 31st May, 1978, tho Central Govornment hereby appoint Shri Daljit Singh, Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Labour, New Delhi as the Iron Ore Mines Cess Commissioner from Isl July, 1978 to 31st July, 1978.
