ORDER

Open General Licence No. 11/78

S.O. 424(E).~In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of Imports and Exports (Control) Act 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government gives general permission for import by integrated steel plants, mini steel plants and electric arc furnaces of (a) stopper heads and nozzles and (b) copper moulds (for continuous billet casting) from tiny counlry except Union of South Africa/ South West Africa, Rhodesia and tho Tibet Region of China, subject to the following conditions :—-

(i) The goods so imported have not been produced or manufactured in the Union of South Africa /South West Africa, Rhodesia and the Tibet Region of China,

(ii) Such goods are shipped on through consignment to India on or before

31st March, 1979, without any grace period, whatsoever.

(iii) The imports shall be subject to 'Actual User' condition, and(iv) Nothing in this Licence shall affect the application to the goods, in question, of any other prohibition or regulation, affecting the import thereof, in force, at the time when such goods are imported, [No. 21/78/FiIe No. IPC/3/15/78] K.
