CENTRAL EXCISES
G.S.R. 354(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-vule (1) ot Rule ir"of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby exempts high density polyetholeno (HDPE) waste arising during the manufacture of High Density polyethelcne tapes and falling under Item No. 18 of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), from the whole of ihe duty of excise leviable thereon.
