CENTRAL EXCISES
G.S.R. 3S5(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 37 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Excise Rules, 1944, namely :—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Central Excise (11th
Amendment) Rules, 1978.

In the Central Excise Rules, 1944, in rule 2, in clause (iia) for sub-clause (d), Uic following sub-clauses shall be substituted, namely :-•••(c) iif relation to an order or decision of an officer of Central Excise subordinate to th* Collector of Cen- tral Exebe, Mysore ; Collector of Central Excise Hyderabad and Colleclor of Central E.xcise, Guntur, the Appellate Colleclor of Customs and Central Ex. ci.se, Hyderabad.".
