S.O. 431(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 82 B of the Indian Railways Act, 1890 (Act IX of 1890), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri S. S. Dani, Joint Judge and Addl. Sessions Judge, Thane, Govern- ment of Maharashtra as a whole-time Claims Commissioner to deal with all the claims arising out of the accident involving 7 Dn. Bombay-Ahmedabad Janata Express and 537 Dn local train between Naigaon and Vasai Road Stations on Bombay Central-Virar section of Western Railway on 18-4-78, His headquarters will be at Thane.
