NOTIFICATION
S.O. 432(E).—The services of Shri N. Das, District & Sessions Judge, Darrang, Tcz.pur, who was working as Adhrji; Claims Commissioner for deciding claims arising out of accident to 13 UP Tezpur Express on N. F. Railway, have been replaced at the disposal of the Government of Assam w.e.f. 1-6-78.
2. Further in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 82B of the Indian Railways Act, 1890 (Act IX of 1890), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri N, Das, District & Sessions Judge, Darrang, Tezpur as Claims Commissioner to deal with all the pending claims arising out of the accident to" 13 Up Tezpur Express on N. F. Railway on 30-5-77 in addition to his own duties as District & Sessions Judge, Darranq. Tezpur. His headquarters will bo at Tezpur.
