ORDER

NeV Delhi, the 10th June, 1978

S.O. 439 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18AA of the " Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) the Central Government hereby makes the following further amend- ment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) S.O. 60 (E) dated 2nd February. 1978. namely:—

In the said Order in paragraph 2, for item No. 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following item number and entries shall bo substituted, namely : —

"3. Shri C. L. Logani,

Manager, Industrial Reconstruction Corporation of India Limited, New Delhi."
