(a) Offences punishable under section 112 of the Motor Vehicles

Act, 1939 (4 of 1939);

(b) offences punishable under section 40 of the Indian Electricity

Act, 1910 (9 of 1910); and

(c) attempt?, abetments and conspiracies in relation to, or in connec- tion with one or more of the offences mentioned in clauses (a) and (b) above, anct any other offence committed in the course of the same transaction arising out of the same facts.
