g;oY'*47(E).—Whereas the Government of Orissa have intiipatyjd some alterations in the-names and boundaries of certain territorial divisions referred to in the, description of the extent 6! constituencies given in Schedule XVII of the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order, 1976;
And whereas the Commission considers it necessary and expedient to make amendments in the description of the extent of constituencies in Schedule XVII of the Delimita- tion of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order, 1976t to bring the order uptodate;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, the Election Commission hereby makes the corrections in the said Order as follows :—
I. In Part B of the Schedule—
(2) In 37-Balikuda, in the description of the extent of the constituency, for the existing. £)Mfy. the entry "Balikuda police station (wtefuiUnfc Hjlfchnadaspyr, MtfMJgapn, Tan$kula an^ Bifrarflfa gwma pfln- chay&ts) in. Jagatslngbpw sulj-divmon'', shall be suhfWuted;

II. In the Note at the end of. the Schedule, far the words and figures "1st day of August, 1975", the word* and figures "1st day of August, 1977" shall be substituted.
