section 14 of the Assam Sillimaaite Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Re- fractory Plant) Act, 1976 (22 of 1976) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines, Department of Steel, No. 269 E, dated the 28th Match, 1977, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri A. Sinha, IAS, as Commissioner of Payments.
