S,O. 449(E).—In exercise of the powers under sub-section 6 of Section 24 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Act 11 of 1974) the Central Go/ernment here- by appoints Shri Karl Khandalwala, Advocate, as special public prosecutor for the purpose of prosecuting the case to be forwarded under Section 5(4) of the Commission of Inquiry Act read with Section 346 of the Cr. P.C. to the court of Shri P. K, Jain, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi, by the Commission of Inquiry constituted under Notification S,O. No. 374(E) dated 28-5-77 for the trial of Shri Bansi Lai for offences under Sections 178 & 179 IPC.
